Our Services

Our Denver conference facility can accommodate groups up to 600 people. We have 10,000 square feet of event space, featuring the 6,500 square foot Rocky Mountain Grand Ballroom that is sub-dividable in to as many as four meeting rooms. In addition, our Denver meeting facilities have two 1,250 square foot meeting rooms for smaller groups. We can easily accommodate a banquet room with breakout rooms or a trade show configured with seminar rooms.

The Z New Summit conference facility features:

Yes, we do. We can provide services just as you would experience at a hotel. But we also allow outside catering or forgoing any food at all.

We have a loading ramp with very easy in and out. If you have any heavy items that need to be delivered to your conference or trade show, they will need to arrive on a truck with a lift gate. Our rear doors will accommodate pallets, however we do not possess a pallet jack. We can provide a hand truck or a cart for moving heavy boxes.

Food :Yes, you can. You can also use our kitchen to keep your food warm or cold. However, you may not cook your food at The Z New Summit Event Center, as the kitchen is not appropriately licensed for food preparation. All of the food The Summit provides when catering is prepared offsite.

Alcohol: No, you cannot. The Z New Summit Event Center has a liquor license, much like a bar. The law requires that all alcohol served at The Z New Summit Event Center must be provided by The Summit. You may host some part or the entire bar if you wish to, or simply offer a cash bar. There are multiple options depending on your budget. We provide bartending staff at each event.
